Skilling up for a greener future

LinkedIn’s 2024 Green Skills Report recently revealed that demand for workers with green skills* grew by 46% in the UK last year.

They also reported a growing gender and generational gap with women and young people, especially Gen Z, at risk of being left behind in the green transition. We got in touch with some of our recent alumni who are bucking this trend and working in jobs where green skills are a major part of the role:

“While many of these opportunities are in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths), the truth is that all sectors need people with the right skills to help build a more sustainable future.”
