90 Upper Sixth and Intermediate students visited Surrey Festival of Skills at Surrey Sports Park in Guildford yesterday (15 October).  

Ellen Walkinshaw, Director of Progression and Skills said, “Identifying in-demand skills is key for future employability, so we were delighted to take our students to see what such a large and varied group of employers have on offer. It was brilliant to witness our students making the most of the opportunity by interacting and engaging with the stands.

“It was also great to bump into 2024 leaver Ben Littlefield and Steve the Gecko. Ben is currently completing a Level 4 Marketing apprenticeship with Activate Learning, and it was so lovely to see him enjoying working life.”
